The award and Jury
This year’s jury consists of former participants of the Young Concierge award, our Les Clefs d’Or Suisse Vice President and a former concierge who now works for the award sponsor Bucherer.
The jury will examine the candidates in various tasks and tests and will announce the winner of the award and the Swiss participant in Madrid at the International Award during the Gala Dinner at the Beau – Rivage Palace on October 15th.

The candidates

Bucherer in Locarno, will serve as a jury member at this year's Clefs d'Or Awards. With his extensive experience as a concierge, including his tenure at Hotel Eden Roc in Ascona, and his role as former Vice President of Les Clefs d'Or Suisse, as well as being honoured as Switzerland's Best Concierge in 2017 by Bilanz magazine, he brings invaluable expertise to the jury.
